General Refund & Return Conditions:
• Refund Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the item remains unaltered, undamaged, and non-energized.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized and energized Rudraksha products cannot be returned.
• Inspection & Processing: Returns are subject to verification and may take up to 30 days to process.
Specific Return Policy:
• Damaged Shipments: Returns for goods damaged during shipping or due to shipment errors are accepted if reported within 3 hours of delivery. These are subject to a 20% service fee. Customers are responsible for payment processing fees charged by third-party providers.
• Lost Shipments: Full refunds for lost orders, except in unforeseen circumstances or Natural disaster .
• Product Variation( If Any) : Due to the natural uniqueness of Rudraksha beads and handcrafted accessories, the actual product may slightly differ in color, shape, or texture from the images displayed on our website. These variations do not affect authenticity or quality. Returns based on minor aesthetic differences will not be accepted.
Return Requirements:
-To process a refund, returned items must include the Product Invoice (original or copy), original packaging .We recommend using our managed reverse courier service for safe returns. Customers opting to send parcels independently assume responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
